  • What is the difference between the E3 and the EASE program?
    • The E3 program includes our enrichment classes for 1st through 5th grade, which are different each day of the week according to the session’s schedule. Kindergarten students in the E3 program work through a monthly curriculum instead of daily classes. The EASE program does not include enrichment classes and has more of a free-form structure for students in 1st through 5th grade
      • Prices also vary for each program – please contact us directly by phone or email for details.
  • What times does the E3/EASE program operate?
    • Our programs take place from dismissal (includes early dismissal and minimum days) until 6pm each day. You may pick up your child at any point before 6pm. Late pick-up fees apply after 6pm.
  • Will E3/EASE staff pick-up my child from their classroom?
    • For your child’s/children’s first time with our program, a staff member will meet your child at their classroom upon dismissal and guide them to where we meet on their campus. Generally, however, E3/EASE only does daily pick-ups for TK/kindergarten students. All other students are expected to report to E3/EASE on their own once they are familiar with our designated area(s) on campus.
      • We advise communicating your child’s schedule with us and your child’s teacher as well.
  • Does the E3/EASE program offer tutoring?
    • Students get at least one hour of designated independent work time each day. During this time, they are able to work on homework assignments or other independent activities that are available to them. While our staff supervises and is able to assist students as needed, they are unable to work with students as 1:1 tutors. We advise that parents check over their children’s work to ensure that it is completed at home if they are not able to complete it at E3/EASE.
  • Does the E3/EASE program provide snacks?
    • Snacks are not provided by E3/EASE. We do keep snacks on hand in case of emergency (i.e., pretzels, crackers), but we kindly ask that parents please send their child/children along with a healthy, nutritious snack on the days they are attending our programs. Students will be given time to have their snacks prior to the start of our program each day.
  • How do I enroll my child in E3 or EASE?
    • To enroll, please submit enrollment forms, which can be found on our website under the ‘Enroll’ section. Please follow directions as listed. We will confirm once they have been received.
      • Please note – ALL enrollment forms must be submitted prior to your child’s/children’s start in the program. We require at least 48 hours to process enrollment forms.
  • When can I enroll my child?
    • Any time! Enrollment opens for the new school year typically around May and remains open through the summer and school year until capacity is reached (*varies according to school/location).
  • Can I pause or change my child’s/children’s enrollment in E3 or EASE?
    • Yes, you may make adjustments to your child or children’s schedule(s) with us at any time simply by calling or emailing to notify us of the changes.
      • Similarly, if you’d like to temporarily pause enrollment or plan to no longer send your child/children to E3 or EASE, please call or email to let us know prior to tuition charge date (*10th of the month or following business day if on a weekend/holiday) so that we may update our files and notify our staff accordingly.
  • What are the rates for the E3 program?
    • Our rates vary according to your child’s/children’s schedule(s) – please contact us directly via phone or email to receive a breakdown of rates.
  • My child was enrolled in E3/EASE last school year; do I still need to pay a registration fee?
    • Yes, annual registration fees are required for enrollment every school year per child and are nonrefundable.
  • How can I receive monthly receipts/statements for tuition payments?
    • We only provide receipts and statements upon request – please contact us via phone or email and we’d be glad to accommodate your request.
