About E3

E3 is an after-school enrichment program in Los Angeles that has served the San Fernando Valley and beyond. Enriching students lives for over 25 years.

Enrichment Educational Experiences/E3 Inc., formerly known as Kindergarten Enrichment/Enrichment After School Experiences Inc. (E.A.S.E.), began in 1993 founded by Linda McManus and Nancy Simpson.

Enrichment Educational Experiences/E3 Inc. was developed to fulfill the requests of parents who were seeking an after school program that would continue the high standards and concepts of Kindergarten Enrichment. Our after school program provides students with art, music, drama, science, language arts, chess, dance, physical education clinics and a homework/study hall hour.

E3 creates and implements programs that inspire and elevate children’s desire to explore in a safe and nurturing environment offered on school campus from September to June. E3 offers creative, meaningful and exciting hands-on experiences that foster the student’s development and ignite a joy for learning in varied interests. Character building is integrated into all aspects of the way in which classes are taught and the enrichment curriculum reflects a philosophy of students learning best in an environment that is compassionate, fair and honest.

E3 is a fabulous after school program. E3 teacher’s instructional knowledge is strong in all areas, but especially so in the area of creativity. They are also sensitive to the needs of special education students and their program exemplifies the intent of the Modified Consent Decree. In short, their management, knowledge of curriculum and organizational skills has allowed Lanai Road’s enrichment to run as smoothly as it does. I recommend this program to all of my parents.”

“E3 has been servicing 80 students at our school. It provides a wonderful program filled with all of the elements found in separate enrichment after school programs. The Homework Support on a daily basis has made a NOTICEABLE difference with our students. Tulsa’s STAR Test Scores have shot up 58 points this school year, as E3 support has assisted in making this possible!
